The last Management has been very rude and harass full. They pick and choose who they wanna work with. Do not move here. They literally do not want me here, I tried to pay my rent and after I went to court . They said I had 5 days to move. After that I still tried to pay them And Cynthia degallado and Alexis gonzalez was very rude to me. And I have 2 little ones and my 10 week old baby bro with me. They said it I didn’t move in 5 days my stuff would be put on the street. I was a good tenant and paid my rent on time. Oh! You can’t do nothing on the property but sleep there and they closed the kids playground and the pool for stupid reasons. They can’t keep people in the office or maintenance. I need my bathroom fix and he just riding around.

Final product of having a tile replaced on the hearth in front of our fireplace. We were told just yesterday that whole tile would be replaced to fix the crumbling concrete underneath. Today, workers came and did this to finish it out without a word spoken. Nothing else discussed, nothing cleaned up. The doors were finally finished after 6 days of a worker trying to do the job, and they are uneven and don’t close right. We are officially looking to move because having repairs done should not be this difficult. This is what you call void of contract. When a customer purchases something and is promised habitability, that does not mean cover up major issues with a bandaid. I do not recommend anyone moving here. This is beyond ridiculous.

We moved in 2 months ago and were excited to be purchasing a home. Since then, the dishwasher has gone out and numerous things needed fixing. The manager has constantly tried to go the cheap route to fix things, all the while telling us she will make sure it is fixed right. We still do not have a working dishwasher, and recently found mold where a leak was not fixed properly. They installed a set of doors which are still not completed. The countertops were originally installed incorrectly, so we asked for them to be completely redone. The manager repeatedly tried to have them just sprayed over again instead of taken off and redone. The countertop company has yet to come back and seal them. Every time we are told someone will come to fix something, they don’t show up. Maintenance here is a complete joke. They wanted to cover up the damaged drywall with a 5 inch wide piece of trim and then wanted to paint over the mold. Numerous stray cats roam around and tear up things. I do not recommend anyone move here. Find anywhere else!
