From Dallas: Take US Hwy. 175 E to the Hwy. 198 S through Mabank. Travel on 198 S until you come to a four way stop light at the intersection of Hwy. 198 S and Hwy. 334 (Main St.), take a right. We are located on the left about a quarter of a miles from the intersection. We are across the street from Dairy Queen.
I give 4 stars bc there's so much noise from the main road it never seems to stop. However, it's such a nice/clean place to be. Plus they have two full bathrooms in their laundry house.
Very cute and clean RV park. Most residents live here full time and were no problem. We were put on a large, level concrete pad. There are no laundry facilities, but it is close to everything. A hospital is across the street, mexican restaurants are everywhere, and vintage shopping was fun! We would stay here again. We stayed one week in a Class A Motorcoach.
Nice. Small rv park. Lots of shade. In town but not a big deal. No campfires allowed pets ok . pads to park on . bathrooms do suck . was very dirty last night very late. Men and women must share the 2 that are there.
Washer and dryer are in same small building. Lots of grass. Very quiet place. Close to all shopping mile or less.
March 25, 2019; horrible visit! Very poor management that was plain rude. Was made to think only one spot available, park was 1/3 full. No trash receptacle. When no management available, I picked an empty spot, only to be made to move. DO NOT STAY at this run down poorly maintained ruin. NO amenities. NO lake, just a drainage pond. VERY noisy on main hwy, lots of emergency sirens. Very muddy.
One of the nicest RV parks we have stayed in. We live in Anchorage Alaska traveled the West coast to Texas. Pulled in after hours, called the phone # left message. Have never been called back so fast. Gave us a space # and said she'd see us tomorrow. Very nice concrete slaps with full hookups. Nice grass yards. Super low prices, very clean, you can see they care about their property on how well they maintain it. Will definitely be staying here next time I'm visiting my brother. Thank you for making our three days in enjoyable.
