Located 5 miles from Canton First Monday Trade Days and 8 miles from Wills Point. From 1-20 Take Exit 523 and we are 3 blocks past the Dukes Shell station on the right.
We were in the area to get our tow vehicle equipment installation and decided to find a place to stay for the weekend.
Great location just a bit North of I-20. This place is not fancy, but the sites are level with full hook-ups and the place is very quiet. They even include cable TV. There was lots of grass for us to walk our 3 small dogs.
The wonderful owners Mark and Rhonda made us feel very welcome too. They provided some great area restaurant recommendations and we had a great and relaxing weekend at this campground.
The showers and restrooms were very clean. For the price, this place is an absolute gem!
Nice people and clean restrooms! We really enjoyed our month stay here! It's pretty quiet except for the trucks on the overpass. The spaces are tight and the cell service gets cut when we drive on the lot. The restrooms are super clean. It's really convenient to I-20 and their is a Duke's right by us, so it's easy to get gas and snacks before you go anywhere.
We stayed here for my husband's job. Very reasonably priced. Pet friendly. We will definitely stay there again when in the Canton area. Laundry room on-site as well as a shower and bathroom building. This is a clean, safe very well maintained park. The owners are easy to reach and always busy keeping the park looking great. Wonderful owners and tenants!

Excellent customer service. Manager treats everyone like family. Incredibly responsive. Runs a tight ship. Safe! I’ve never worried about vandalism or unscrupulous neighbors. Security cameras everywhere. Happy to call Bluebird home.
Stayed overnight. Very trashy park. Needs TLC. Good location, arrived in the dark so unable to see how run down it was. Even the firepit was full of trash. Wifi was good.
