From jct W Loop 323 & Hwy 64: Go 2-3/4 mi W on Hwy 64.
Pro's-clean and quiet, far from road. Con's-one section has no trees, pool has no shade, no picnic tables, However, the biggest con for us was the large Confederare flag being flown at one sight. Since owners have control of things on sights they are obviously OK with this symbol of hate. Based on that we would never go back.
We love this park! It’s well taken care of, the office lady is the sweetest and we have amazing Internet and cell service. We will be calling this place home for a while! Only down fall is they only have 2 shower rooms for the entire park but bathrooms and laundry are well provided. We are in the back side of the park and it’s well shaded, we were going to be in a spot in the new portion(the sites are huge) but my husband prefers the shaded area but no complaints here.
Pros: A lot of space. Did not feel cramped. Large bathrooms/shower clean. Nice pool if open and cleaned. Fair price. No highway noise. Nice/helpful staff. Location good to groceries, fuel and highway access. Cons:
No trees or shade.
Camp is close to regional airport. Old laundry room washers needed cleaning/moldy but worked. Newer laundry room machines took quarters and office doesn't reimburse or sell quarters. Newer laundry room was closed for a few days and is only storm shelter at front of campground (tornado warnings during our stay)No cable as advertised on website. Wifi connection was okay. No picnic tables or grills available. Question the purpose of an electronic device in the shower stall if a motion detector/camera. Very creepy.
We really like this community! My wife and I have a tiny home on this property and we really love it, the people are great and the staff are friendly. 10/10
Lived here for several years and really enjoyed the spacious surroundings. This park is kept up so well. The people are friendly and it is really clean and quiet and peaceful. The laundry room needs a bit more tlc, but there are a few nicer laundromat's nearby that I used.
