From jct FM 2648 & US 271: Go 1-1/4 mi N on US 271.
The owners are excellent, the park is clean, and quiet. There is a little road noise in spots up front but the road isn't too busy. There is 1 full bathroom with a shower it is both the men's and women's bathroom, it was very clean as well. There is a laundry room, snack machine and ice. Dogs are allowed, on leash and not to be left alone outside. Many people staying long term but everything looks nice. Every spot we saw in the front lot was pull thru and roughly 100 ft. Most had trees for shady that were cut high to not damage your trailer. Full hookups, free wifi and cable. The only reason I might say 4 I stead of 5 stars is because the sites are really close together, about 6 feet of grass between gravel path to gravel path.
We really like this park for it's close proximity to Barber Hills mountain bike trails, about 4 miles.
Found this park while looking for accommodations for the ASA Archery Tournament in Paris. I read some reviews and emailed the owners who by the way are very fast to respond and nice. This is a very nice park....some of the sites are tight but a lot of parks are tight so get over it. That isn't always a negative thing. Look at it this way, you get to meet your neighbors. We only stayed 4 nights and the 50 amp service was clean power, great full hookups. wifi worked great. There is a Church and car wash next door. Just out of town enough and just close to town for perfect. We'll be here again. Did I mention the owners are super awesome!

Stayed for 8 months while working on a construction projecr. The owners are very nice and accommodating. The park is in good shape and they keeps the grounds clean. Would definitely stay again if ever in the area.
My brother just moved in there. Renee, the lady that works in the office, is very nice. The land is good and the other people there also seem nice. It's quiet there, and they have free WiFi. The rules say no children and no pets in the back lot, but both are allowed up in the front lot. Both lots are clean and well taken care of.
