From jct Hwy 78 & US 69: Go 1/4 mi S on US 69.
It was clean, quiet and in a decent location but the prices refle Ted they knew they were the only place to stay in that town. That room should have cost and would have cost with any competition at most $70 a night.There it was $95 a night
This use to be a great place to stay. We've stayed many times in the past however I don't know if they've gotten new owners or what but the past couple of times we've stayed the people/staff have been very,very rude!! Will not recommend anyone to stay,nor will I be staying again!!
Tried to book here for a local wedding. I had to call twice since the people working spoke very little to no English. When I tried to book they had said they allowed dogs but it would be extra.. fine. Tried to book and they only allow one dog. 🤣 Anyway needless to say we won’t be booking here. From reading the reviews I’m glad it didn’t work out. We are very clean people and by the reviews previously stated the rooms are unkept and nasty.
We lived there in a camper for a little over a year. We have a very nice camper and I got covid and was laying on the couch one day and there was a roach that was crawling across our coffee table. The sickness left my body as I tried to kill it. Little did I know that was only the beginning of a roach infestation in our home. One night I had turned off all of the lights and went to shower, when I was done I realized I forgot my phone charger in the kitchen and there were like 10 plus running all over my kitchen. I bug bombed several times after we left. I started noticing them running around outside between the campers. We are not nasty people we don’t live in a nasty environment. There was no reason for there to have been roaches In our camper.. At all. It would be a nice place to stay but the roaches are a no go for me.
Rooms were $70 plus tax. Weekly rate was $250 plus tax. Room was very basic, in my opinion , not worth it. But it was close to work and cheap for the area. Hotel reception was extremely nice and cordial . Owner was very rude , after being questioned several times about being alone and repeating the price in a demeaning tone from the owner . I decided to take my money elsewhere and pay a higher rate .
