This trailer park is under GREAT management!! I love how livable it is and everyone around is really nice. I love how much better it has gotten within the amount of time my father has managed that trailer park and damn do I gotta say it is 12× more peaceful without a bunch of tweaks consistently going in and out the park all the time😁
None of the problems are being fixed no matter what I try to do. To list a few (these are in all the trailers and cabins, i have been in them all have the same problem) the place has severe toxic black mold, toxic white water, broken sinks, rotten roof and floors, rat, cocroach, ant colonies in the rotten roof (there are so many ants it looks like certain parts of the wall move), leaking ceiling, oven leaks gas, lock on the door is broken as well as the door being covered in mold (I have done my best to clean it but the list goes on) ect. Do NOT rent from this property no matter how desperate you are. It has caused so many health problems for me don't do what I did.
Lived here 18 years ago and it was a really good community. It was a real experience! I miss it.
Lived here for 3 years, 2012-2015. Now living here again. Place has been cleaned up a lot as far as tenants, good on-site manager, repairs are ongoing throughout the park. Used to be cockroach infested, not now.
