This RV park is great. My husband and I had the opportunity to stay here for work for a few weeks and enjoyed the area. They have a catch and release pond next to a huge yard perfect for pets. The owners are also very pleasant to work with it was a nice stay :)
Our 15 year old central air conditioner in our house went out and we had to get a new unit and would take a couple of days. Needless to say staying in our house in the 105 degree heat was a no-go and we became climate refugees for a week. Doing a google search we found this nice little RV park and called the owners and explained our plight... We loaded our camper up and made a b-line to Dove Hill RV Park. The owners came out to our unit to greet us and made us feel right at home. Dove Hill is a serene quiet and pleasant place to stay... I will keep this park in mind for a RV bug Shake-down before a long out of state trip or if we become climate refugees again!!! Thanks :-)
If you like a nice quiet RV park, county setting where the most noise is from cows, full hookups, the most wonderful owner/managers, and reasonable rates, then Dove Hill is the place for you. Fully enjoyed my stay at Dove Hill RV.
We enjoyed a simple and quiet stay at Dove Hill RV Park. It is a very clean park with large pull through rock sites, full hookups, is set in a safe quiet area not too far off of main hwy that is very easy to get to. The large grassy area is great to walk your dogs. You might even get an up close visit from the livestock on neighboring fence line! I wish I could have spent more time outdoors at the beautiful pond. We originally wanted to park there for a week while we had work done on our home, but ended staying for a whole month. Chris worked with us on short notice, to get a spot, and we appreciate her genuine concern and kindness throughout the arrival process, our stay, and even the follow up after departure.
We are glad to have found their place and are looking forward to seeing the new phase when it's completed.
I have stayed at the park twice in the last year and both experiences were great. The park is convenient to both local parks, water ways, and community activities in north Dallas area. The space is very open and easy to navigate with my 38 foot trailer. The amenities were clean and functional. The grassed and pond area was maintained. The operators were very responsive and informative to any questions I had. When in the north Dallas area this is an excellent choice.
