From I-75, take exit 141 (Palm Beach Blvd.) towards downtown Ft. Myers, and go approximately 1.25 miles to New York Drive. Turn left, and we are on the left-hand side.

This place is amazing. Their public facilities and laundry are always available and very very clean.
It's clean. The mobile homes are old but painted. The whole back row plus some other spots are RV full hook ups. Can't beat the price. Quite a few snow birds come back every winter, so that says alot too! People are friendly...love the heated pool, dog park, clean hot showers. The neighborhood around the park is questionable, but I feel safe inside here. Basically, anything you need is close by. I'm planning to come back next winter!
