From I-75 SOUTH Take exit #131 (SW Florida Intl Airport/Cape Coral - Daniels Pky) Turn LEFT onto Daniels Pky and go 1.7 miles to Ben C. Pratt Pwky. Turn LEFT on Ben C. Pratt Pwky and follow to US 41. Cross US 41 (road becomes Gladiolus Dr). Go 1.5 miles and bear LEFT onto Summerlin Rd (County Rd-869 S). Follow Summerlin for 3.9 miles and turn LEFT onto San Carlos Blvd. Go 2.5 miles and then turn LEFT on Main Street at the foot of the Matanzas Bridge. Ebb Tide RV Park is .5 miles on the left, directly across the street from Salty Sam's Marina. From I-75 NORTH Take exit #128 (Teco Arena/San Carlos Pk- Alico Rd) onto Alico Rd toward San Carlos Pk. At US 41 make a RIGHT (North). Go 2.9 miles and turn LEFT on Gladiolus Dr (County Rd-865 S). Go 1.5 miles and bear LEFT onto Summerlin Rd (County Rd-869 S). Follow Summerlin for 3.9 miles and turn LEFT onto San Carlos Blvd. Go 2.5 miles and then turn LEFT on Main Street at the foot of the Matanzas Bridge. Both Ebb Tide and Oyster Bay are great locations to spend the winter for us snowbirds!
Nice 55 + rv park,gulf access pool,close to beach and restaurants. 🐕 friendly! And neighborly people. *****
Eclectic, alot of personality. Many older homes, narrow streets. Very friendly people. Just a visitor but would stay there.
Stayed 3 nights over the weekend. Had an awesome time. Park is conveniently located to shopping and the beach. We will definitely go back for a long weekend
Stay here 2-3 times a year!! Great place, everyone is friendly. If any problems come along, management and maintenance take care of it. People here are always happy to help out. People also actually pick up after there pets!! Just a really nice, friendly, secure place!!
