I have friends who live there full time, they love it !!
Grounds are well maintained, there are plenty of activities (Bingo is my favorite), and the residents are respectfully and welcoming.
Great place to visit my parents in winter. Very friendly neighbors & everyone there are really nice & fun getting to know.
The park is very clean and nice. The people are friendly. Are neighbors all introduced themselves and offered there help with anything we might need.
Have had a winter home at Cypress Bend for over 20 years. Property and amenities are well maintained. Area has developed in the past ten years at an accelerated rate but the park has maintained its integrity. Great value if looking for a winter home.
