I was going to do 2 separate reviews but you cannot.

.

This is a wonderful park! It’s clean, well kept, quiet. It’s very pretty. You’re not squished too close to one another. The pool is wonderful, though closes a little too early. They always have activities going on. Free popcorn on Tuesday. They have entertainment, banana splits, dinners. Everyone is extremely nice.

They even thought of a water refill machine - instead of having to buy juga of water you can pay 35 cents to refill a jug of water. And bags of ice are cheaper than the store. Saved us a bit.

1 star for WiFi- When we first arrived internet was great. It has since gone downhill and cannot not do necessary banking. WiFi is irregular.

I would give more stars if it were possible. This RV resort is absolutely lovely. The staff is great. Decent size pool, hot tub, new pickleball courts, shuffleboard, and many organized activities. We had a site with a pond behind us. The sites are spacious with cement pad. Mostly seasonal people who are so very friendly and made us feel welcome even though we were just staying for a week.

My first visit to Raintree RV Resort was the winter of 2015. There is not enough stars to click on to tell everyone how much I have enjoyed my winter stays from 2015 to 2020. When you visit Raintree you will instantly have more friends that you never knew you had. Everyone is friendly and will help you with what ever you need. The entertainment is on going all during the winter season and you will never sit alone at any of the dances. You will always have a invite to sit at a table and be introduced and have a great time. With all of those many stars one giant star has to be how clean this park is. The owners take great pride in the care of this park and if you can get a reservation for the winter or summer you will be pleased with your stay. My first winter I fell in love with Raintree. The only reason we moved is we needed a bigger place for our children to come and visit us. We didn’t move far. Right up the road and we can still come back to visit with our friends at Raintree. You want to have a extended family then come to Raintree. You won’t want to leave. All we can say is E N J O Y !.

The lots are very very small, very tight together. Some of the homes are very very nice and some are in serious need of repair and upkeep. However, I will say all the neighbors I met were very, very friendly, very nice. But again, I was shocked by the tiny lots and there was a very packed feeling to the entire park.
