Very bad management. We came with bicycles and tent. Tentspaces are really far away from the very outdated bathrooms. Restrooms doors couldn’t lock, shower only very very hot, to hot to use. Pool doesn’t have any shade, generators off the rv’s are running from 06.00 till 22.00, and this is allowed. So very noisy and stinky. Just because there is no electricity. We have to search for a tap which was working to get water. The management doesn’t make a late night walk to check of generators are shut off. Their advise to us… if they are running after 22.00, just walk all the way to the frontdesk and pickup the red phone. We made a comment about that, because we used the red phone that night. The lady answered that they also needed their sleep, so that is why they don’t control after 21.00, that is the hour the pool close. Very unpleasant and absolutely not customer focused management.

My icecream was melted the guy said, we have to get them from far away.

We paid for 2 nights, and left the second day, couldn’t stand the noice and smell anymore of the generators.

I don't always leave reviews but this definitely warranted one after reading all the bad reviews this place has gotten. It's amazing how many people complain about things that are common sense, were clearly stated at booking, OR on the sheet they were given at check-in.

With that being said, my husband and I were looking for someplace to stay overnight while on our fishing / exploratory trip and when I saw the cabins on the river I knew this was the place. We were pleasantly surprised when we pulled in. It wasn't crowded, the grounds were kept up and in good shape and I even made a remark about how it reminded me of the place from Dirty Dancing. When checking in the staff were super friendly and answered any and all questions we had.

We rented a cabin and it exceeded all expectations. There was a picnic table, fire pit, and charcoal grill outside and we were super excited to get our fire going with that amazing river view in the background. NOW- keep in mind, if you want a luxurious high-end resort feel room or cabin- this is NOT the place for you. The cabin we rented was old, but it was PERFECT. We loved it. Definitely rustic and it's what we were looking for. Warm, dry, and most importantly- CLEAN.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and we will definitely be back. Don't go off of the bad reviews and experience it for yourself!

We rented an A frame and it was absolutely disgusting. The bedding was covered in dog hair and was obviously not changed between guests. Our bath tub drain was clogged with hair, there were bugs (dead and alive) everywhere. We also live in the wilderness and understand it can be a challenge, however there is a right way to deal with pesky critters and stuffing holes full of steel-wire isn’t on that list. We even had a lamp in the room that was partially broken, creating a fire hazard that we had to unplug for safety. We found the whole place to be neglected and very run down. To top it off, The manager was extremely unfriendly and even rude. They seemed more concerned about policing than showing any sort of hospitality.

Although we did not end up staying due to the fact we found a secluded camp spot, I would like to give five stars for wonderful customer service and caring by the management.

They were very helpful in providing a message for a delayed person in our party.

It seems like a wonderful place to meet up with family and stay, especially if you prefer to have other people and services nearby.

Had a nice weekend with extended family at 3 Rivers. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Some of the cabins and buildings are showing the effects of delayed maintenance. New owners just tool over last week. Spoke to one of the new crew Sam and he was enthusiastic and excited about all the plans to revive and improve the resort. Looking forward to seeing the changes. As is we enjoyed the river setting, river front cabins, pool and hot tub.
