Beautiful campsite, but it was closed for overnight camping for the 2022 whitewater season. The website didn’t mention this, but when we arrived there was a posting on the board that said it was closed from May-June.

We had this beautiful small camp ground to ourselves.

Lovely no fee campsite right along the river. I don’t believe there are hiking trails within walking distance from this site. Fire pits had grates for easy cooking and ample dry wood around to start a fire. Only downside is it’s right off a main road where trucks occasionally travel in the middle of the night, detracting from the camping experience and sometimes loud enough to wake you up. Also, only 5 sites so your chances of finding an open campsite may be slim. I took the 1 open site when I’d arrived.

Large campsites with good fire pits and big tables. Quiet. Nice stretch of river for fishing.

Very wet, but great campsite. Had a fire pit and spots for 4 tents and 3 vehicles. On Friday-Sunday morning trip not too much traffic at all. No hiking trails in walking distance though.
