From jct Hwy 69 & Hwy 52: Go 5 mi W on Hwy 52 to Hwy 7, then S 1 mi on Hwy 7. Road from clubhouse to campsites is 1.5 mi gravel with one steep hill and a spillway to cross.
Embarrassing golf course. No greens and temporary flags in front of all greens. A beautiful golf course for over 30 years is now a joke. Don't waste time golfing here go to linn valley golf course. It is a challenging 18 hole layout with beautiful greens. Atleast the food was good at sugar valley club house.
Just bought a couple of lake lots here. Looking forward to building a cabin here
It’s a small quiet area around a few lakes. I have camped here a few times. I haven’t experienced any negative neighbors or residents while here.
Skylar & crew are replacing 100 water sprinkler heads. Fairways are looking better!
The greens were seeded a couple of weeks ago & they are hoping they grow nice & green. Keep ur fingers crossed ⛳️⛳️🏌️♂️🏌️♂️
It really is a beautiful place. Mostly. There is a lot of theft. Also alot of tweakers in some areas. Multiple lakes. Alot of water front lots and homes. Alot of wooded lots. Some go for cheap cheap and some go for definitely out of my price range [haha]. Rentable camp grounds. Shower house. Clucb house. Beach. 3 entrances. None are gated.
