Crossroads RVs and Cabins is a family and pet friendly RV campground located in historic Fort Scott, Kansas. We are on the northwest side of Fort Scott and only approximately 1.2 miles from the Chamber of Commerce, Old Fort National Historic Site, and downtown Fort Scott; with plenty of local dining and shopping. We provide campers with newly renovated, spacious lots, with 30/50 amp service, water, and sewer hook-ups. We have both pull through and back in spaces available. Our campground is heavily wooded, which means lots of shade to keep cool in the summer months.

The RV park is about 200 yards off the trail. Use the farm road on the east side of the bridge. The Treehouse were perfect with a open bay under to store bikes. Picnic tables and a small fire pit at next to each house. The bed are soft and the houses are very clean. Management is very friendly and the prices are very reasonable. Hot showers and restrooms were clean and well stocked. The area is quiet and very beautiful.
I have stayed here several times in the full hookup area and the tent camping area and it was always great. It’s a nice little rural park. Here’s some good points...
Quiet and clean.
Affordable. $20 tent camping, $34 full hookup sites.
Air conditioned bathrooms/showers and laundry room.
15 amp regular plug in for tent camping sites (I used it to plug in a fan and charge my cell phone).
Pull-thru gravel full-hookup sites - water, sewer, 30/50 amp
Bags of ice and small selection of groceries sold in office.
Gourmet flavored coffee sold in office.
Owner and staff is very nice and friendly.
There is a storm shelter for tornado season!
Stayed here four times over last several years. Friendly staff, efficient reservation and payment systems. Propane on site. Trees need trimming, difficult to exit sites. Nice spacious, clean laundry. Only 3 washers and 3 dryers considering park is full due to local temporary workers. One washer and one dryer not working well, same issue last two times we were here. We'll definitely come back due to great location, easy access to US 75 and accommodating staff.
Absolutely no maintenance done in park. Don’t plan on having kids to take to school or a job to go to in the winter if you want to live here. You cannot exit or enter the park the whole month of January so make sure you plan accordingly
