We reserved an RV space online. The website looked dreamy. We were expecting a very nicely manicured RV park from what we saw on the website. When we arrived, we had to double check the sign to make sure we were in the correct location. The RV park was absolutely nothing like what was shown on the website. It was very unkept.. The pond had trash in it. Most of the RVs that were there were actually lived in. Our space was very hard to back the camper into because of the narrow road and vehicles parked here and there. The manager I spoke with on the phone said that someone would come meet us and give us paperwork. No one ever showed. I had to call back to get the Wi-Fi password. We do not recommend this place at all.

It’s an ok place to stay. I’ve been here for a few months and will be leaving soon. It is secluded, and the area feels safe. It’s located near a beautiful neighborhood,. The only amenities are free water and free WiFi, which isn’t too bad if you have a WiFi extender.

Nice quiet spot across from the pond. Nothing fancy, but close to all of the amenities and family. Made it easy to get to Hwy 6 and is in a beautiful neighborhood.

So not what we had expected. This place states that it is a resort. That it is not. For someone like me that bases their choice on pictures and never had the opportunity to see it in person prior. While there is two box stalls and a tiny, and I do mean tiny turn out. It isn't a horse facility. Every space was in need of trimming and mowing. I decided against going down the walking trails due to fallen branches and needing mowed. We had wifi for less than 30% of the 6 day stay. Couldn't believe that it was like that for months, yet hadn't been fixed. It rained and turned into a muddy mess as it did state in prior reviews. The best part were the people who live there. The ones I had spoke to were so kind and friendly.

Beautiful and tranquil new RV park on the edge of suburbia. State park-like atmosphere with an abundance of trees, plenty of grass, and a cooling breeze off the Brazos river in the afternoons. My kids loved fishing and boating on the lake. Good sized spaces and full hookups. The park is still new, so don't expect all the amenities just yet, but the owners are fantastic - great hospitality and always on site doing upgrades and maintenance. If you are looking for a peaceful and pretty park to stay in this part of town I highly recommend.
