Spent two awesome days with Mark fly fishing for smallmouth bass on the Spring River. We caught some great smallies as well as some beautiful rainbow trout using patterns that he had tied. Mark is a great guide and makes the trip a ton of fun not only by putting you on the fish, but also by sharing his stories from growing up in the Ozarks. I have fished with many guides both in the Rockies and in the southern Appalachians. Mark is truly one of the best and is a great instructor as well. I look forward to spending more time with him on the river this fall.
Great place for friendly, knowledgeable and great time for fishing trips and lessons! I learned so much and they are so layex back and positive people. Highly recommend.
I got a fly casting lesson from Josh. He was patient, encouraging, and had me making good cast in 15 min.
I took his information and went to a body of water, the next day, and in a couple of cast, I had the line laying out on the water the way I wanted. (Thanks Josh)
At the shop, I picked up 12 flies for $20, I had Mark pick them out. He gave me a good mix.
I plan on using these guys for a guided trip this year

While we were in Arkansas to shop for a home, I got my hubby a half day with Mark for a early Father's Day gift. He loved it! Mark is super knowledgeable and friendly. They caught lots of fish on a beautiful day on the Spring River! Highly recommend Mark and his team! Thanks Mark for the wonderful time!
My Son came up from Texas.I came over from Indiana. We hired Mark to take us out for trout. The river conditions were bad, but Mark made the trip a total success. He is the best
guide I have ever had the pleasure of fishing with. If you are in the Mammoth Springs area, you must hire Mark.Simply the best.
