Absolute FRAUD. If I could give a 0, I would. Unmarked entry, trashy unkempt park. Whoever posted reviews was either delusional or associated with the owner.

What a little gem!! We stayed here for two weeks in February 2020. The onsite manager, Larry, is a super cool laid back man. Extremely helpful and kind. The owner, Christine, is really nice and accomadating. The site was clean, easy to get in and out, we are in a 40ft diesel pusher with tow vehicle. It's just on the outskirts of Tucson, Walmart and all amenities we're only a 15 minute drive. Lots to do in Tucson, air museum, biking, hiking, fishing. Will be back.

The woman I spoke with on the phone to make the reservation was polite and informative. The host man at the park was a difficult interaction. Please get a host with more patience, when people come off the road from a long day driving the last thing we need is to hear and feel is that amount of negativity. Maybe the host had a bad day👀. Also this RV park is CASH ONLY**

Simple park, but wonderful host! I would like to start by saying I am not associated or affiliated with the owner Chris or the host Larry and had a wonderful stay. We stayed in Feb/Mar 2021 and have been wanting to return just to see Larry, but our travel plans have not brought us back to Tucson yet. He was an exceptional host and we've missed him since. While there is nothing fancy about this park and Chris clearly informs you there is no shower house, washer facilities, or WIFI, we would definitely stay here again. If you only like to stay in the fancy parks with all the amenities and cost, then this is not the park for you. It is Cash only which we had no issues with. We enjoyed the quaintness and you feel as if you have the park to yourself most times. Those of you working from your rig, this is a true blessing. We walked up to the store on many occasions and learned the donuts arrive fresh every evening at 7pm...some of the best donuts on our trip! Doordash also delivers here and we used it many times and they had no issues finding it..just message your driver it's behind the gas station. We were allowed to receive packages and as soon as they would arrive, Larry would immediately walk over and deliver. This occurred several times and he never once seamed annoyed or unapproachable. Larry keeps to himself mostly, but every encounter with him was more then pleasant. He's quite the artist with his woodworking skills if you just make the time to chat with him he may show you. This park does like to escort you and assist you with parking as they like to protect their hookups and make sure you are in the right spot, but once you are positioned, they leave you be unless you need them. Tucson itself can be extremely windy and trash often blows around. We saw Larry on many occasions picking up trash on the grounds. Some of the outskirts can look a bit intimidating, but we stayed for a month and never had one issue. Hookups worked as they should. The road to enter the park is connected to the gas station, just pull in like you are going to the station, then off to the left side you will see a dirt road that leads past the dumpsters. It looks like a private drive, but it is not. You will see a house on the left and Larry's trailer on the right. Stop there and Larry should come out to escort you. If not call. If we ever make our way back to Tucson, this will be our go to park. Great stop for Tombstone and Saguaro National Park. Also check out the Casino up the road. Neighbors have chickens and horses and we enjoyed watching them.

Ms Chris was an absolute life saver!! She was very accommodating in a pinch and we were super thankful. The lot was quiet and tucked off away from the main road. It was clean and spacious. Only issue we had was finding the lot because the entrance was a little odd and easy to miss if you didn’t know what you were looking for. But Ms Chris was SUPER instructive, which was exactly what we needed. Good place for a quick stay while passing through Tucson. Would stay here again.
