First time being here and I loved it! I had lots of fun with my nieces and nephews feeding the bunnies fishing the pond and river going to the arcade room walking around looking at the different campers! I highly recommend camping here! Employees are very friendly!

The Bunny Campground!

Clean, friendly, lots of amenities, good sized sites, and so much stuff to do!

They have a small mini golf course for 1$ a person, swimming pool, volleyball court, a couple of playgrounds, two coin operated pool tables in the arcade game room, and for the two weeks we were there, a DJ played at the pavilion on the weekends before quiet hours and gathered quite the little crowd.

Bored of that stuff?

A small fishing pond, floating on the river (float rentals are also available for 10$ a float. Don’t ruin the rental though, they do charge a lot if it’s lost), a waterfall, and BUNNIES.

So obviously the rabbits are a thing here. There is even a local News Leader article out there titled: “Bunnies Run The Show at Verona Campground” (give it a google for a cute read). It’s all in good fun and the bunnies are nice. Most of them are a bit skittish because they’re basically wild rabbits, but a few that have been there awhile are super happy to nibble out of your hand. They also sell rabbit pellets in the store if your heart needs to woo a furry buddy while you stay.

Tears fell from our kids as we pulled away to leave. We will miss this gem ❤️ Easy RV pull in, clean (clear) river for easy tubing with the kids (to a beautiful waterfall!), Fun playground, nice pool, and the bunnies were so charming. The food was perfect (loved the pizza) and the store is very convenient. Staff was very nice too. Thank you. We will be back!

Perfect place to stay on your travels! Nestled in a small valley surrounded by a slow flowing river with it's own waterfall. Booking and check-in were easy and very friendly. Loved all the resident black bunny rabbits hopping around.

This will be our new campground. We regularly camp with our three kids 6,6, and 8 (yes we have twins).

Our kids had grown out of the other places we've been going, this one had enough space and activities!!

The best part is the river with the waterfall at the end of the campground!!!
