This was a really fun place to visit. The kids had such a great time it only took them 5 minutes to fall asleep at night. There are so many fun activites for everyone. The staff was absolutely amazing, super friendly and caring. My daughter got stung by a bee and they were so helpful. Will definitely be going back next year.

Travel nurses beware!!!

I have been travel nursing with my husband and dogs in my 5th wheel for 3 years and this is the worst experience we’ve ever had with a campground. When we arrived to the campground initially, the owner said in order to reserve the site we had to pay the three months in full (he did not tell us that over the phone when we requested the site). We didn’t have anything else lined up, so we had to go with it. I asked if it would be refunded if my contract was canceled and he didn’t give me a direct answer. We came to find out that if my contract was cancelled (which can happen), the campground policy is no refund, only campground credit! We found out that our neighbors were charged different rates based on what the owner wanted to charge. Plus, he did not make everyone pay in full to reserve their spots. They will promise you a site and when you arrive demand payment in full for multiple months. It’s also entirely too expensive for how run-down the campground is. This business practice is extremely unethical.

We have only been here a month so far and staying in our r.v. and love it here. Being that it's wintertime, I can't say much, but looking around and seeing all the amenities for when the warmer weather gets here, there is a lot to do without leaving. It is definitely kid friendly. Staff is awesome and I feel very safe here. If we stay past January, I will update. We travel a lot for work.

We had an amazing time this weekend. The staff is just amazing and hospitable. I was worried about the reviews. We went anyway you have to get your own experience and don't go off disgruntled campers. We haven't been over charged the cabins are just what they say they are. It's camping people. The showers/Toilets were clean. I even met a few older folks that live on site. The Saturday night fire works were great. Plenty of activities for kiddos. We will be back maybe sooner than later but for sure for spring or summer. Thank you and your staff for your hospitality. To rhe ladies at the Cafe we enjoyed our biscuits and gravy and pancakes for sure.

The campground has amenities but they definitely need updated. The pool was cold ALL summer long. The arcade smelled of mold, the ceiling leaked everytime it rained and half the games didn’t work. The bathrooms needed some TLC. The laundry facility has 1 washer and 1 dryer for the whole campground. They have cabins you can rent but the beds are VERY uncomfortable and we found food under the bed and cabin wasn’t cleaned correctly. If you have small kids it would be a fun place to go for a weekend trip because of the fun zone on the hill but if not then save your money and find somewhere else. Very overpriced in my opinion.
