We had a great time for the Halloween weekend! Kids loved the haunted trail, pumpkin painting and the indoor pool. The activities offered for kids are great, campsites and bathrooms were clean and staff were helpful. We hope to come back in the summer to enjoy the water slide!

We had our first stay at this particular Jellystone this summer. It was a wonderful family vacation! So many activities for the family to participate in. I really enjoyed using the app to stay on track with everything going on throughout our stay. The kids loved hoping around to the various activities, swimming in the pools and the splash park. Everything was clean, and for the most part, service was lovely. We had a couple encounters where staff seemed disgruntled in the cafe area, but overall - just fine. In the particular site we had, across from the dog area, there was a smell of sewage in the morning. Didn't last long, but something to remember. Nothing bad enough to keep us from going back. Thank you for a nice family getaway!

We stayed in a cabin with two lofts and it was the best cabin we’ve stayed in yet! Very, very clean and cozy and had everything you could need for your stay (except pillows but they tell you that). The icecream shop is amazing, arcade is fun. The Halloween events were the best part and the trick or treating. Big parks and we will be back in the summer to go on all the fun outside water park stuff!

We booked our site several months in advance. Didn’t pay the $20 lock your site fee and at check in our site was moved from an end site to a middle site that had electric panel, sewage, and pole surrounded by stone. This took up much of our site. It was hard to place a tent and park. Shouldn't have to pay an extra $20 to guarantee the site you picked.

Then my teenage daughter wanted to bring 2 friends. They told us there would be a $28 per extra person per day fee for them to join us and it was a 4 day stay. As each site is only allowed 4 people. I thought this was expensive! It would have been over $200 to bring 2 friends camping with us. That was disappointing.

Also the activities were not the best for all ages. Not much for adults. Candy bar bingo, we like bingo but not candy bars! The offered activities filled up to fast and my child could not get a spot. The pools were cold and overly crowded! No where to sit. Broken stuff in the water park. This place is different from how great it used to be. We have camped here for over 10 years! So sad now! The workers don't even seem to care! Less value for your money now.

Overall we really loved this place! Plenty to do for little kids and adults. The water parks, campsites, and store were well kept. Tent sites were a decent size overall as well. If you do a red carpet tent site, prepare to be right next to the toll road! Was noisy at night, but we turned on a sound machine for our kids and they were fine. The bathrooms were rather messy, but I did see employees going in to clean regularly. Definitely plan to come back!
