We Love Lincoln State Park we’ve been going there since we were kids Nice playgrounds clean restrooms nice picnic areas
It's a very basic state park, but some things stand out. The amphitheatre and history is what makes it unique, seeing as the surrounding land is where Abraham Lincoln spent his childhood.
There's a nice trail that circles the lake and includes a spur to a fire tower you can climb up, which grants a view of southern Indiana.
It's worth a stop if you're nearby.
Nice beach. Camping and Cabins! Watercraft rentals look fun
