I stayed a couple of months at Rodeo MHP while traveling for work. The place is very quiet and peaceful with good neighbors. On my first day I was welcomed by a friendly neighbor with a bag of avocados from the tree on the property. I've really got nothing negative to say at all about the park and I'm very happy In the spot they picked for me #26 - plenty of room for my 23' trailer and large truck parked on the side of my trailer.
The property manager is a sweet heart and very professional. She had great communication with me in coordinating an available spot and also was onsite to help me park my trailer. All in all - one of the best parks I've stayed at
This is one of the best parks in the area. (I know we have stayed in the others.) It is small, but clean and well kept with a laundromat on site, with stores and restaurants within walking distance. We adore the manager - she is a jewel. In all the parks we have stayed at across the country, Fabiola is the best manager we have ever encountered! Long term or short term, Rodeo Mobile Home Park is the best! PS who ever gave this a one star rating, must have had a personal problem.
I’ve been living in Rodeo Mobil Home and RV Park for 7 1/2 years, I have been very comfortable with my kids and family, my kids play outside and love our neighbors, and the manager is very helpful and respectful every time I have a question or an issue she’s always very polite and professional and has answers for me in a matter of minutes, my family and I have never had an issue with her or anyone at the park. We thank Faviola for being so welcoming and helpful all this years she makes the best manager.
Thank You Cascade Community Management for having such a WONDERFUL park manager. We have stayed in RV Parks all over this country and Fabiola is the best manager we have ever encountered. She is honest, fair and hard working, always trying to meet or exceed the tenants requests. We have been in the park for 19 months and have had no issues. Our neighbors are here 5+ years, and we all appreciate the courtesy and respect the management shows. Best little RV Park in the West!
