So initially posted a negative review on Yelp.I had a water heater problem nobody to come out and fix it I couldn't bring it in. I get it I'm screwed. I bought about 4 parts piecemeal. None worked. No returns. Thats the way it is. $367 in parts to wait till someone can get there to fix the problem. Here is the issue. Sick with the flu my heat went out. I called the guy they recommended for furnace repair. He said buy a propane regulator 50/50 chance that might solve the issue.

Sick with the flu I went to IDLE WHEELS RV and they said part was $68 (I said I would pay it if I could return it if it didn't fix the heater). WALLMART was only $32 AND I could return it if needed, however, it would be a few days to receive the part. I asked a favor considering the other parts and that I was clearly sick (there was a winter storm) if they would allow me to return it if that failed to work. THEY SAID NO! Then said "some people are not "cut out for RV living" THAT IS WHAT REALLY TICKED ME OFF

WAS THAT SNIDE COMMENT. To think about all the money I spent there over on propane, little lights batteries etc and to get treated like that.....

Next time I went in for propane they were rude the frumpy blonde who has had several other bad reviews on Yelp was especially rude. I've now found other propane sources at the same price. Wallmart is where you should get all parts as they can be returned.

This place is an old business and clearly lost touch with customer service. Looks like there are new places opening soon since the population is increasing. IDLE WHEELS NEEDS TO GET SOME BEDSIDE MANORS.

Cheapest propane fill in el dorado county. Great service, quick stop, good rates, accept public assistance vouchers, all around honest company. Highly recomend. Closed weekends and holidays.

needs better customer service training. i was trying to find a $20 discontinued sail switch for my rv furnace. she looked it up and couldnt find it either. she did look it inventory with no luck. issue was i asked her if maybe one of the mechanics may have a suggestion or option. reply was no you need to buy another furnace. i replied im not going to buy a $750 + new or even a used one in lieu of a $20 part that im trying to find a suitable replacement for. no help at this place and she wasnt that friendly so not going back !

Great local RV shop for bits you need. We need to support the local businesses to keep them. They have everything you need.

Cacey was amazing. She was patient with me when I had little information to go on, and she lead me to an answer to a problem with a fifth wheel water heater. I was extremely pleased. As a plumbing contractor who rarely works on RVs or trailers, I applaud the customer service at this business.
