The boat launch is set up so there is no way to straighten your vehicle before backing up. So it is very difficult to launch in such a narrow ramp. Also, little parking. Nice people though.

Went camping with some friends over the fourth. The place was pretty full of tents and rv's. The area where the tents are have grass, so my friends really enjoyed it.

All the camping spots have their own water spicket, power (30 amp, but in the office you can get an adapter for a 20$ deposit), picnic table(s), and timed lights. They opened up the bathrooms for everyone (usally locked) See in picture you pay 2 or 3 quarters for a shower. Water pressure was decent.

They have lots of slips on the water for over night parking. I keep my boat here year round on the water in the summer because they close at 5. And dry during the winter. Lots of shade.

Tent spots protected my the levee. In walking distance to Rusty Porthole...literally a 3 minute walk. The only thing I wish they had was a little corner store or just ice. They used to have one but it caught on fire a few years back. Vellero mini store about a mile drive for ice and whatever else you forget. I think their customer service is great. They get a little busy and it's run by the owners with a few employees. Always helpful and willing to answer all my questions.

We started fishing the CA Delta launching from Russos Marina about 4 years ago and every time we launch at Russos they are very nice to us and treat us like locals. The key is to find out what day the tournaments are that launch out of here and if you’re not fishing in the tournament, then you need to launch either before or after not get caught up in the mess during. We fish year-round at the Delta and it never changes. Get there early for good parking. Everyone’s nice even if you have an emergency situation they’ve helped me out. And the Dawg is friendly so don’t let her scare you off. Here’s some pictures I took in July during a heat wave fishing for my Birthday. Follow us on YouTube at @localboyzfish A double Shakaz goes up to Russo’s. $15 will get you peace of mind, clean restrooms, friendly staff and they have cameras to watch your rig if anything happens. Oh ya the dog will ruff any bad guys up hahaaa
