We started fishing the CA Delta launching from Russos Marina about 4 years ago and every time we launch at Russos they are very nice to us and treat us like locals. The key is to find out what day the tournaments are that launch out of here and if you’re not fishing in the tournament, then you need to launch either before or after not get caught up in the mess during. We fish year-round at the Delta and it never changes. Get there early for good parking. Everyone’s nice even if you have an emergency situation they’ve helped me out.
