LDMA is private property.. To gain access you must be a member of the Lost Dutchman mining Association... The area is rich in mining history. There is a public area for gold panning before you get to the LDMA camp...
Have been to LDMA Italian Bar camp several times. It's a great place to go. Go in early summer before the heat. Excellent showers, water , dumps available.
Blane and Emily are wonderful people, the camp is clean and well taken care of. Great place to get off the beaten path
