I was just there to pickup somebodys car but i had nothing to complain about. The park was very roomy & quiet. Kinda unique & almost drove right past it because its not that big of a park & its waaay out in the middle of nowhere. Just wide open farmland for as far as you can see. The best part that i liked is that if you have a boat you live right across the street from the river so you almost dont even need a truck or car.
Wife and I stayed here for several months while I was on a job in stockton. First the good...
Park is very quiet. Almost no traffic noise. Maybe heard a police siren twice the whole time. Most of the people are very friendly and will help you out if you need it. Water pressure is good as well. The lady that runs it is very nice. Now for the bad...
Uneven sites. With a little gravel this could be taken care of. You will also have to mow your own grass. For what we were paying this could have been taken care of. When we arrived we asked for it to be mowed, we were told that we would have to do it. When we asked to use their mower we were told we had to get our own. Ended up buying a weed eater. After I bought a weed eater we ended up with a guy who lives in the park who would stand over us and yell at us if he thought we were getting to close to another trailer or if he though we weren't doing a good enough job. Would piss me off every time.
Last warning is if you have a tall rig like I do be careful when planning your route here. Two bridges in the area are low clearance. Came real close to ripping my ac off the roof
My boyfriend and I spent 8 months here, a lot of people are extended stayers so it’s definitely like a small neighborhood community which is great. Donna the Host is so sweet and accommodating. We never had any issues. Large spacious spots, we have a 44ft toy hauler and there are many spots that could fit us. being right on the delta and surrounded by a vineyard was just picture perfect. Super dog friendly!
This was a wonderful place to stay!! I'm not sure what people on the reviews are talking about only small trailers. We have a 44 ft 5th wheel and fit just fine. The people that run this place are so sweet and amazing. They will help you with anything you need. Great quiet place. We would stay again anytime!
Very run down. Only things of abundance is tall weeds and rusting metals. All for the low price of $700.00 a month. I have stayed at resort campgrounds for much less than that.
