Wow, this place was sketchy! There to pick up a craigslist item (didn't because it was disgusting). Lots of cars on blocks, lots of mobile homes in need of repairs. The highlight however was the algae farm that was once a small swimming pool. Do what you need to do to ensure you don't end up having to live here!

Yes, it's in a poor part of town. We have been here a month now and no loud parties, everyone is very respectful of each other. Very clean park, manger and staff are wonderful. So, don't judge a book by it's cover. I have seen more break ins and theft in the nicer neighborhoods in this town.

It is more of a gravel parking lot but the sites are surprisingly wide and the Manager was so friendly and low key. We arrived late and she had no problems with us sleeping in and leaving late without charging us an extra day.

The bathroom and laundry room are very clean and nice... will definitely return and stay when passing through.

Moved here in December and took the only spot available.Manger was very helpful with getting me in.Sadly my neighbors were from hell and had been here for years. The manger did everything she could and got me into the spot in the back where it's super nice and away from the neighbors from hell. Since I moved spots I've had zero issues and have great neighbors. The park is nice and calm with no loud people. Some reviews mention a gross pool well there is no pool so that's false. There are no piles of trash or cars on blocks. The spaces are kept very clean and so are the trailers, rvs and mobile homes. I will say the laundry room is blah and doesn't have a quarter machine so I go to love laundry 2 blocks down the street.

We were taking our friends home from Sacramento after the Celebration of Life Ceremony for our family/friend Robert Michael Carson (Toilet Head). It seemed okay. We weren't there for very long.
