Efficient, friendly, helpful check in. Park was relatively busy but didn’t feel overcrowded. Sites are reasonably spaced and employees ensure rules are followed. Quiet at night in a tucked-away neighborhood.

This park is extremely over priced and the office staff, my wife had to deal with, was less than friendly. While the cancellation policy is on the website, it is ridiculous. I made our reservation on-line because of a death in the family and my wife was waiting for the office to open so she could cancel the reservation. When she cancelled there was the rude lady who didn’t even apologize for charging us $105.00 for cancelling the reservation. The roads are narrow and dusty, (yes, we’ve stayed there before). The cable isn’t great and most spots are useless for satellite TV users. Wi-Fi, the last time we were there, was slow and unreliable. I’d love to say something nice about this park, but there’s not really anything nice enough to let me brag about it. We found another excellent park, near-by, and will NEVER darken the entrance of this place again.

This KOA is a pleasant stay, Comfortable sites, clean and neat. My site was nicely shaded. The campground is adjacent to a residential neighborhood so it is quiet. The KOA staff were friendly and helpful. I had a good ATT signal. My only concern was dead branches in the tree above my site, that during a summer afternoon thunderstorm may come down on me. Other trees in the campground had dead branches over campsites. Regardless, I'd stay again, just in a site with no trees.

This is our 3rd of 4 KOA's, on this trip from WA to UT, and we have stayed at many others. This KOA is above average in all aspects. Friendly staff, very clean well maintained facilities and grounds, decent sized full hook up sites. It was quiet for a good night's sleep. Would stay again if we pass through. I tried to use it as a good "home base" to Bryce and Zion but it was too far after making those drives.

Excellent overnight location, especially for big rigs. Easy access off I 70. Beautiful views. We were here in late October and experienced the beautiful fall colors of mature cottonwoods in the park. I imagine in the summer they provide much-needed shade. Staff is very nice and helpful.
