I and my family love this place. We have been holding family reunions at Fish Lake and using Bowery as our staging point for over 40 years. I will continue going for as long as I can. We especially love the ice cream at the gift shop.

Love this place... great fishing on the lake... killer views (spot 31)... campsites nicely spaced out.

Potable water... no hook ups.

Fire rings and restrooms.

1 to 2 bars of Verizon cell service.

Lots of trails to hike.

Awesome campground overlooking the lake. We came the week after Labor day when everything was beginning to shut down for the season. We didn't bring any food thinking that things would be open and they weren't. Fortunately for us, the camp hosts here (Dave and Carol) are angels. We left our camp for a bit and returned to find hot dogs and some soda that were left for us. They were an absolute pleasure and we'll be returning to Bowery in the future.

This was a good campsite tucked up in the Aspen trees. We stayed at two of the double sites which are at the top #34 and 35. A lot of the sites seemed to be pretty small so if you have a large trailer than a double is the way to go. They had bathrooms with running water that were cleaned every morning and every spot did have a spicket for "drinking water only" meaning they wanted it kept clean and no bathing or washing dishes there.

Great campground for access to Fishlake and the surrounding area. There are several 1st come sites.we saw lots of reserved sites that the people never showed up so it was great to have the 1st come sites available. There are numerous 2 camper and a couple of 3 camper sites. The hosts David and Carol were awesome, kept the area, sites and restrooms very tidy and clean. Plenty of access to clean water via spickets located throughout the campground. Tables and firepits at each site and some also had charcoal grills. Great views of the lake from our site. Cell for T mobile/ATT was in and out and weak..can't comment on Virizon. Overall an excellent campground..highly recommend it.
