Manager thier are not very nice people it's the worst place I wouldn't put anyone there
Owners refuse to respond to calls. Recently dismissed on site managers. West gates closed, no one on site to open it in case of emergency. No longer capable of getting the Recreation Room for parties. Googled, (called), the new property management company that is supposed to be managing this place, only to be told they do not manage it. Maybe there is another company with the same name. That cannot be verified since we were not given the number to the property management. No amenities at all. Lot space very expensive for Kern County. The law states they are allowed to raise rent every year. Just because they can doesn't mean they should. 20 min from here is a mobile home park that cost less and has internet included in their rent. The other mobile home park has a pool and playground on site. I've lived here for 20 years, if I could move I would. Definitely do not recommend anyone to buy a home here.
Not worth living. They don't open the west gates to allow people to use it as another exit. Plus, I heard that the previous manager got arrested so that says already much of this environment. Some of the neighbors are rude as well, not all of them. This is the last place I recommend to anyone.
