What a beautiful place. Be sure to stay on the trail or you get in trouble. There are bathrooms and the only place with 4G/5G connection is in the bathroom for some reason. There's an awesome picnic area! This area is very dog friendly, unfortunately.

Beautiful, rugged hiking trails through a ranching property still complete with cows. Wide, expansive vistas coupled with narrow gorges and lots of spring streams. Amazing spring wildflowers. Dogs on leash, horseback riders welcome. Toilets at the reserve trailhead but otherwise limited facilities and no cell service.

Beautiful spring time hiking with dog friendly trails. Wildflowers are in full bloom and there is a great variety of both narrow trails that follow a stream as well as wide open trails through rolling fields.

We went on Old Finley Road, Highland Ridge, Black Hills and Sulphur Springs Loop, which was about 7.4 miles.

Parking: Not at Finley Road end (private), park 0.7 miles away 🚗

Note: Private neighborhood at Finley Road end 🏡

The trail offers a moderately challenging hike, and the breathtaking views along the way are truly spectacular!
