In Oakhurst, CA, at the intersection of State Rt. 41 and Road 426, take Road 426 south and go 6.3 miles to Bass Lake sign. Turn left after sign, staying on Road 426, and go 0.9 miles to a stop sign. Turn left at stop sign onto Road 222 and go 1.7 miles to another stop sign. Turn left at stop sign onto Road 423 and go 0.3 miles to still another stop sign. Turn right at stop sign onto Road 274 and go 2.3 miles to Chilkoot sign. Turn left after sign onto Beasore Road (Forest Rt. 7) and go 4 miles to campground sign. Turn left at sign into campground.
