Been going to the marina every year for the past three years from GA. Such a beautiful peaceful and relaxing place to stay! Children friendly! Beautiful scenery and they have goats and a horse that’ll let you pat them! The owner is amazing and always ensure we are safe and taking care of!!! Will forever be my favorite spot to getaway!
We stayed there Labor Day Weekend and rented a cabin. Very friendly staff. It was clean. Quiet and peaceful area. Loved the animals running around. We will be back again.
Do not recomend!!! The road to it is HORRIBLE!!!!! If you have anything nice definitely don't bring it there!!! Ask around about the owners and you'll get the low down. They've done alot of people wrong!!! Drug heads all around the area. Very lazy owner. Half the time if you see him he's sweat pants that should tell you a little about him. Anything done there is done as cheap as possible. Theres so many other camp grounds in the area that are better. Just the drive out to it will be enough to make you hate it. It's embarrassingly bad.
Cozy cabin on the water, with wifi. Lake right out the front porch. Nice playground for the kids, horses and chickens in the barn area. I stayed 3 nights it was very peaceful and quiet.
We got married last year and several of our guest rented cabins. Every one of them was very happy and loved their stay. Definitely will recommend it. Owner super nice and friendly.
