This place is amazing! What a find in East Texas on the Toledo Bend Reservoir. This place is not big, but instead, intimate, cozy and beautiful. The grounds are also kept clean as you see the owners always cleaning. We are staying in an RV site and the view is amazing. We have a fire pit, picnic table, full hook-ups and a lot of space between RVs. Lots are level! This place has 8 cabins, a lake house, a 8 room Motel (3 suites and 5 rooms) and 20 some RV slots. Prices are very reasonable, especially for being right on the water. We have talked to people staying in the cabins and they all say the same thing, "they are beautiful and bug free". Guess that is an issue at other places. We checked out the hotel rooms and suites. They are also beautiful and very clean. On property for all to use they have bathrooms and showers, laundry room, paddle boats, kayaks, electric engine small pontoon boats, small paddle pontoon boats, a 10 boat covered boat stalls, a pier to fish off of, a private boat launch and plenty of parking. This is a place you have to check out. I highly recommend this business. We will be back!

My son and I stayed this weekend. Was greeted at the front desk. We stayed in one of the motels this weekend was very clean. The park was very clean and what I love about this place got plenty of parking for boat trailer designated parking. Got covered boat dock for your boat for 10 dollars well worth the money. Got Fishing cleaning station which we used this weekend for my son and I catch. Definitely earned a customer will be booking in near future. The prices are very reasonable considering what other places are charging in the area.

Great place! We stayed 2 nights in the hotel and 2 nights in a lake front cabin. I would have given it 5 stars but the fish weren't biting real good. We did however catch enough catfish for a good family size fish fry. The rooms and cabins were clean and the staff very friendly.i will definitely be visiting again.

Very restful location to camp and enjoy the east Texas area. We camped in our 5th wheel camper and enjoyed two wonderful days of relaxation.

The most peaceful park. We needed a place for a couple of nights but I could stay here long term for sure. It has one pull through premium site (15) and it is absolutely gorgeous. Concrete pad with the best view of the lake. The laundry room was so pristine, I can only imagine how nice the hotel and cabins would be. The owners Andy and Laura are the friendliest people. They have a store with a little bit of everything you could need except epsom salt. I had a swollen ankle and Laura gave me a bag she had in her RV and that was a huge help. They are renaming it Sandals and Spurs and it’s just perfect. I highly recommend this park and hope to swing by again.
