Won't let you camp or park here unless you have an RV. They won't even let your pay them. They just tell you to leave.
Jacob is an outstanding manager to work with, very professional, and great grounds keeper. Park is extremely clean, quiet and pleasant surrounding. Highly recommend staying here! Safe!Sean
Not fancy, but relaxing and quiet. Management very pleasant. Paid $25/night with all hookups. Cable was included but we didn't use it so unknown how good the reception was. T-mobile service 5 bars. Shower was old but clean. Laundry and bathrooms also on site and clean. Many people live there long term.
This is a great place to stop for the night. It's very basic so do not be expecting anything other than a basic full hookup, pull through rv spot for $50 a night.
The manager is friendly and the park is quiet (other than the usual and expected road noise from I45) the stay was so
pleasant we decided to spend an extra night there.
