So we met a reservation at Thousand Trails Mount Vernon however because it was full we were sent to the sister site which is not far away called Friday Creek. This site does not have a ton of RV spots the way that the Mount Vernon site does however the spots at the Friday Creek Campground are ideal. Each has at least a 30 amp connection and freshwater. Though there is no dump there you can always just drive up to the Mount Vernon site and dump at that location which is exactly what we did without any hassle. Friday Creek is located directly on Friday Creek and that is a very beautiful location. Our dog and cat enjoyed the area immensely.

The caretakers live on site and are a young family. They are very kind and super helpful. They screened a cute movie for the youngsters while we were there in the communal space.

I stayed at the site in area D with a little more privacy for a week, and it was good to take a walk in the morning and there was a large lawn in the tent area, so it was really good to walk the dogs. Dump station is at one A site around the entrance, so it was good overall except that the trailers had to wait a lot.

It was easy to use the laundry facilities, the swimming pool was very spacious, and the club house was divided into floors, so it was good. You can't check in before 12 o'clock, so you have to wait. Please refer to it.

It was nice to have a casino nearby and a relatively cheaper gas station than anywhere else, and I was satisfied because it was close to the city near Bellingham and Burlington.

There's a lot of noise on the racing track on the weekend, I don't know if the game is held every week, but please refer to this.

Really great camping, amenities very nice. The pool was great. Only 11 full hook up sites, lame. People speed through the campground, and staff doesn't do anything about it. They give a speach about the seed limit. I called twice to express my concerns, and they said there wasn't much they could do. Staff need to patrol the campground more and regulate this more. Staff doesn't seem to care?

We are TT members and love everywhere we have stayed. Mount Vernon was even better. The front office staff treated us so kindly, and were very informative. The Lodge was really nice. The bathrooms were perfect. Thank you for a great week.

While we change our itinerary and decided not to stay, the people that work here are amazing. They are nice and extremely understanding and helpful. The park itself is well taken care of. We will definitely stay here the next time we are in the area.
