Campground on the lake. Spacious sites on the northeast end where we camped. Large fire pits on the lake shore.
Wonderful family campground! Playgrounds, beach area, boat launch, fishing, nice bathrooms that have been recently refurbished, laundromat, camp store, pizzeria, concerts and themed weekends.
This is a great campground. Right on the dam so ample fishing and beautiful water. Great wooded area with bathrooms and upkept shower facilities and a store. Rentals for paddle boards and places to play and relax. Park your camper here you won't be sorry!
We have a seasonal spot and love it so much up here! It's beautiful, we have a dock right off our spot the kids love to fish on, close to playgrounds and I feel comfortable letting my kids ride their bikes or play in the street because everyone respects the speed limit and the pedestrian traffic. The one drawback is our spot is directly across the street from the camp store, which hosts live music and DJs and movie nights. All really fun events! I just sometimes want a quiet Saturday night in reading a book, my kids are tuckered out real early too so it's tough for them. We would love another seasonal spot (even with the price increase) but somewhere a bit further away where we can wind down whenever we want, and not have to wait until after 11pm 🙃
Stayed in a pop-up last wknd of September 2023. They had it all done up for Halloween. They have a trick r treat at all the campsites and a costume contest around the first weekend of October. The place was nice, and the sites were extremely close together. Beautiful water view sites. Bathrooms are the nicest and cleanest I've ever seen at a comground. There are 3 to a building and private with a shower in them. They have a camp store with a pizzeria in it. Pizza was pretty good, nice specialty one options too, cost around $19. They have firewood they will deliver to your site, 5 cords for $20. At the entrance across the road if another store that has everything you could think of or need. Good place to bring kids. They have about 8-10 cabins as well and a boat launch. I would definitely stay again. We came for a fishing trip.
