We've been coming here every year for years and sadly this place has seriously gone down hill in the last few years. The facilities don't just need attention they look completely neglected. 2 of the 4 bathrooms were out of order the entire time. The staff are in serious need of customer service training - curt at best, aggressive and rude at the worst. Needless to say, we won't be back and will be finding an alternative location. Too bad because if the facilities were in good repair and the staff were at least polite it's a great place.

We have been coming to this place since 2014 when it was known as a KOA but after the ownership change, this place has gone downhill. The volleyball court and Little Tike playground has been closed since my family and I were there last year for Labor Day Weekend in 2022. The Tube Town playground is also a liability and isn't kept up. The canvas and netting on the roof of that playground are cut through making it easy for children to climb out and fall off of the two story structure. On their website and on their campground map that they handout when checking in, advertises a volleyball court, little tike's playground, an ice cream social, and disc golf and yet all were non existent or poorly maintained. We also had to beg for movie nights because the excuses of a partly cloudy sky or it being a Sunday night on a holiday weekend, almost prevented them from showing movies. Some aspects of the cabins as well are declining including one of the master beds in one of our cabins breaking because maintenance has been neglected. My family is paying for these amenities and yet we aren't receiving them as well as no discount for the lack of those amenities. It saddens me that the campground is declining because my family and friends might have to continue our annual Labor Day camping trip else where. I truly hope that these amenities will be fixed by next year because my family and friends have looked forward to coming every year.

I'll start with, this is my first RV trip. However this was the 4th place we had stayed on this trip. PROS: staff was super friendly and helpful. Lots of activities for kiddos.

Negative: there are a lot of people in the park, it's large and has no space for privacy. It is very open, in the area we were at you shared your outdoor space with the neighbor. Seems very odd... also bathrooms were closed in our area and looked like they had been for a while. Very busy people coming and going most of the evening.

I would not stay again but maybe we aren't the right kind of people for this type of park. I like a bit quieter and less party when camping.

Had a nice three day stay at the RV Park. The price was a little steep as RV prices go BUT if you are a family with young kids there is alot to take in. The bathrooms were clean but could use a little upgrading and maintenance work. The staff was welcoming and helpful. If in the area I would probably stay there again. They do offer a Military discount.

We came in November and some of the amenities were closed for the winter. Beautiful area, level sites. This was a KOA so they have a lot to offer. Next time we want to get a site with a hot tub.
