This is a good lake and it was beautiful however the drought that we have been in has been really bad for the lake and the water is pretty far down. I spent a few hours here fishing and didn’t get a single bite. Probably my fault as the fisher man but still 😂 it is a good place and you won’t have to worry about a lot of people being there. There are also cows to look out for on the way up.

Nice secluded lake with less people. Good for fly fishing, swimming if you don't mind a few snakes sharing the water. The lake is rather small, but no boats or Motorcraft allowed, so that is nice for the youngins.

Great little quiet campground. No trailers allowed. The lake was beautiful and serene. The camp host was kind and helpful. The only negatives were that the bathrooms were very dirty and there was trash here and there.

Beautiful mountain views, deer, moose, and easy access to parking at each campsite. No trailers allowed up here.

This was our first time visiting! Super excited about our adventure & experience this beautiful area. Well, Christine (I think is her name) came by once with an attitude toward us about parking etc. Then came back around with a bigger attitude as I approached with questions. She proceeds to say, “I don’t make the rules I just enforce them.” True, but maybe explain the rules with respect and all at once. We did have extra cars and had not issues parking in day parking. She was is not very friendly whatsoever! We honestly felt like she was targeted us & felt uncomfortable. There was a discussion about leaving, but chose to stay. Yes, I do understand she needs to drive around and check the grounds.

Now the two people coming in are absolutely amazing! Christine maybe go get some tips how to play nice!
