These people are not really very savvy about doing business. When deciding to relocate from out of state, I searched for an RV park and this was the closest to where I would need to be for work.

Made a reservation a month ahead of time on the website but realized a few days before leaving that I'd never heard back. Checked my credit card and found no charges had been made for the reservation.

Called the number listed several times before finally getting an answer. The lady said they don't see the need to reply or follow up when they don't have any spaces available..... You'd think they could indicate a vacancy status on the website then if they don't intend to send out courtesy replies. So she left me high & dry and we had to find another park that was 50 miles away from where we wanted to be.

I can't recommend this park.

You can see the rat in this picture woke up at 4am to 3 of them running around. Also park owner is very rude do not expect to have any guest. Also is tan like a cult I would stay clear of this place if you know what’s good for you!!

Do NOT come here unless you are deaf and don’t mind bugs crawling on you at night! There is a train nearby and a constant swooshing noise of cars as they rush by on the highway ALL NIGHT long!! The trees have bugs in them that fall on our RV and get in through the vents, and I can hear rats/mice at night crawling under my RV and possibly getting in the walls; yuk!! They also charge $5/load to use their old, dirty washer and dryer and you can’t even use the laundry room to fold your clothes because it’s so dirty. The people are not nice either that run the place. Stay far away from here!!

Place is infested with rats/mice. The first day we moved in, there was droppings on the concrete. First sign of infestation. Didn’t think much of it. Mice were able to get into the bottom of my rv. And when it got really cold they were even getting into my truck. We stayed there for about 5 months and constantly had the same problem. I don’t recommend staying here, owners aren’t very nice.
