The location of the park is decent. Great location if you want to enjoy the nearby springs. When I booked I requested a shady spot and I was informed that they would try but they could not promise anything. Which was understandable. When I arrived I was given a lot in the middle of an open field, which was fine. However the park was less than 50% full. I was thinking that they were going to have an influx of campers come which was not the case. There were definitely quite a few lots available through out the park that were more appealing than the one I was issued. Also the pool was closed for the entire week we were there. It did not give a reason why the pool was closed other than a paper sign stating that it was closed.

My family and I stayed a month here. Friendly ladies in the office. Loved spending time in the pool. Bathhouses were kept very clean. Bathhouses had a/c! Used the laundry room a few times all card machines could be good or bad for some. Machines I used worked great. Decent playground for the kids. Nice neighborhood to go on walks. Most people respected the speed limit. A few things I didn't like was people with their dogs not picking up after them and the lawn service guy coming at irregular times and very frequently yet seemed more like snooping around then cutting grass. Which seemed very odd.

They have a new clubhouse and had a Super Bowl, shrimp boil free for the camping community. Love the size of the lots and the other guests,it feels like a community. Can't wait for more activities at the clubhouse

I stayed here for 5 days. The lots are huge and the park is very pretty and clean. The park is apparently under new ownership and they have made improvements like picnic tables and have made the sites better. The best thing I loved was they now have high speed internet available which was fantastic! All of the staff was very helpful. I can't wait to come back and see what other improvements have been made.

Very nice place to stay by the month. The name is misleading in that it's not a "Resort". It is a clean, well kept, roomy place to snowbird, most folks there are just that. Not much in the way of amenities, the pool is nice, but not heated. The location is close to several attractions snd springs. There's limited shopping without going to the next town. The local has a rural feel to it. All that said, it was just what I'm looking for, with the exception of a heated pool!
