For us, it's our hideaway !!

Yes, it's relaxing. Lots of nature, boating, fishing, biking, walking and just relaxing by your campfire. Restaurants & shopping are near or go in town about 12 miles either way.

Some have made their homes in this quiet, calming place. For us, we feel safe and everyone watches out for each other.

No longer stay there.

Reality check of 2022..!! Poorly maintained. Trailers to rent. Always having water issues with busted/leaking water supply, 3wks and counting again. Lift stations not functioning properly. Some lots has their raw sewage leaking on the ground, under where their homes sit.. grass cutting and weed eating is left to the residents, no matter their age, or how long they have lived here... electric issues is a constant battle. For people who pay thru, park meters.. if your stuff is damaged by storms/ trees falling. It's not the parks issues the trees are not maintained. management is being informed repeatedly of problems and issues ., they dont do much but b'tch about previous manager.!! the fishing dock, boat ramp and area surrounding it is poorly maintained.. ^Hey but the rents cheap, and you can be entertained often by the police having to be in park, due to drugs and alcohol use."

Was only biding a job there. As myself and my finance, own and run legitimate business called " Mobile Madness 247,LLC " a 24/7 Mobile Mechanic business/ most repairs on anything/ Sharpening ect..

Have never stayed there, nor ever visited there..had a service call request about 2 & 1/2 weeks ago..the potential Costumer was terrified to upset what we had gathered to be an owner? Caretaker?

Poor conditions, very rude woman - highly and very clearly judgemental. Had zero problem in charging the fees to have lived there to this man, yet harassed him to death & anyone that he may have visit on only w couple occasions. We were there performaning a diagnostic on his vehicle - for him to actually be able to move from this place due to the very obvious declassification, and what appeared to be a disgusting display of discrimination. Myself and the Mechanic had only attempted to introduce ourselves to this woman..she absolutely refused to speak..we had though maybe she was hard of hearing and wanted to let her know we're professionals , well not be working on the vehicle at the campground and wavied at her she had then Blantonly spit on the ground, behind running a leaf blower where there was only sand to stir it up in our faces ruin our food and make sure that this gentleman whom was already deaf was unable to communicate at all with us .

ADA grievence

Lawsuits

& Federal trade commission

Victims of classification & discrimination

Yes, I will be contacting all of them to make sure that this place is under proper supervision and she, is held fully accountable for her actions.

Riverside RV park has the potential to be a beautiful sanctuary. If the manager and owner would put just a little bit of effort into some landscaping, painting, and a little cleaning up. This place could be a grade A establishment. Not to mention turn a large profit. It's sad to see a diamond in the rough being passed over like an old rock. I live here and have decided to show the people here the potential this place has by making an example of my place. Well, see how things go. Maybe I'll get to add some positive feedback and nice pics in a few months. A new manager would be the first step in turning this place around.
