Beautiful new rv park. Very well laid out and spacious. Not 5 stars for several reasons. They don’t have enough chairs at the pool, but keep several seating areas roped off to rent only while people sit on the ground. Kind of tacky. It will also improve as the landscaping grows in. A bit sparse at the moment. Very small dog parks - no way for a dog to get exercise, despite there being enough space for a bigger area. The store is not well stocked w food items. The tiki bar is very nice - could be improved w food sales. Promising if they keep improving.

The check in was a simple as I've ever seen in the 40 Years of rving! This RV Resort is absolutely spotless! Though sites are not on top of each other which is very refreshing! But if you are switching sites during your stay you darn well better get some help doing it or you get chewed out like I did, he treated me like a little child, like I've never driven before like I was 14 years old I didn't much appreciate that! I was literally moving three sites down, I can handle this, it is not rocket science.

Champions Run,is a nice well laid out resort.

Tiki Bar is well stocked but only had one bartender, she was great but sure could use help.

The amenities were very nice. Store had only a few items and had no real hours. There is no on site restaurant. Food trucks, during our 2 weeks seldom there, when they were they were extremely busy. Publix is 2 miles away real plus!

Very close to Silver Springs which is a must see, we did it twice in our own kayaks, but they also rent clear kayaks which are cool. The World Equestrian Center is well worth the visit! (Even if you’re not horse people).

The resort seemed to have a lack of help while we were there. Activities were scarce.

This resort could be a 10 because of location,

But they need to get some of there management issue’s fixed.

Definitely could use more laundry facilities or at least more dryers! Plenty of room in laundry to do stackables which would give twice the capacity!

Trees and branches over hanging fence above units on North end especially are a liability waiting to happen!

Some sort of seating outside of laundry/bath facilities

Overall a wonderful park with pleasant employees and very helpful

The above are suggestions to management
