Don't trust these folks. We sold our membership June23, and here it is Feb24, and still no check. We have emailed and called they said that the check is on the way, but nothing. Now they aren't even answering our calls or emails.
Everything that the other customers reported is 100% a fact. I was told more than 3 weeks ago that I would be getting my check in two weeks. It has been 5 month process so far.I have left phone messages and emails asking for an explanation. Now I see that from how other customers are treated this is the way they conduct their business. I plan on using the legal process if necessary. Save yourself a very frustrating experience and sell your membership on Facebook Market Place
Melissa helped us sell our T. T. membership and she was great. It transferred at the end of October. Here it is the end of December and haven't recieved our monies yet. I call and know one will ever answer a phone or return a call to let us know when we will be recieving our payment. I can't believe a company can operate this way.
Melissa never returns calls. She told us our membership would sell in approximately 3 months. That was a year ago. I've asked to change prices and that never happens.
