Probably one of the cleanest places I've ever had the pleasure of staying at. The little cottage was perfect. Had everything I needed for my business trip. Check in was super easy. Great location as well. You're only about 10 miles from all kinds of restaurants and stores, just know that the traffic from 5 to 7 around there is stupid. With a 10 month project fixing to kick off I'll be making return trips here for sure.

Front part of park is beautiful and office lady was friendly. Super site was great. Wouldnt want to stay in older sections. No real camp store. No gate. No security. Sites around us were mostly construction workers from surrounding projects. Constant air traffic from Orlando International. Really thought new owners would make improvements. Nothing much different than last year. Could be a gold mine!

If you are going to stay here I suggest get everything in writing. Starting with the positives: the office staff are very friendly, the environment is very beautiful, and it’s close to lots of attractions in the area. However, my family and I had a pretty bad experience here. We made our reservation for October-April back in June over the phone. We were given a monthly rent of $915 with all utilities included and paid our first month of rent upon booking over the phone. We arrive in October and are told our November rent is due in the 12th of November. I get a phone call on November 9th telling me that the rent they gave me over the phone back in June was incorrect and that for November our rent would be $1850. Double what they said before and with a few days notice. They also mentioned something about charging us another 500 dollars or so to make up for the apparent incorrect rate they charged us for our first month. Eventually they offer us to pay more like 1400 a month instead but because it really was not what we were told and not what we planned for we left. We felt like this was just the bait and switch and we were very disappointed that we had to leave as it just did not fit into our financial plans. We were very lucky to find another park in the short time frame we were given.

We stayed here for a week in jan 2024. It is a nice park little tight for a 45 feet class A . We made it work though. Good laundry amenities, it was too cold to use pool. Water was turned off for first morning due to broken line. They got it repaired very fast . The trees were a little low for our rig .. our roof got tumbled around due to this , and messed up our sewer vent on roof .

Looked forward to this resort as a week to treat ourselves and booked almost a year in advance. Impressive views of the campground online. Staff was friendly. That said we got stuck in the back beside a water treatment plant. Sight had a concrete slab but couldn't utilize it as bushes and overhanging limbs kept us from squeezing between bushes and slab. Had to put 2 rh wheels up on slab to have clearance for slides and to have access to compartments on lh side. This area of park had remenates of an old shed and a spark plug wire and spots of mud in site. A lot of the sights were permanent and had sheds and junk all through the campsites in that area. We had a family emergency and had to rush home 1000 miles after 2 nights. Asked about a partial refund and was told it was not their policy to grant it. Traffic is very congested around this area. If we were put in site we were scheduled for as per previous conversation on the phone it would not have been as much of an issue. The area we were in had people that lived there and they would get up and go to work early. I have read other reviews and the replies are we are now under new management and we are in a transition period and we apologize for any issues or inconvenience. I felt the campground was misrepresented. We were very disappointed with the quality of the stay. In reply thanks East Toho for responding to my review. You have my contact information. Waiting on your response.
