We traveled in a 43 foot motorhome and only stayed for a few days. Though we were able to get in, spaces are very tight. Not big rig friendly. Fortunately the 2 spaces on our left were unoccupied. It would have been impossible to park nor even exit our space.

Nice place and nice area, conveniently located close to shopping, pharmacies, restaurants, gas stations and to the airport. Had some minor problems with ants, power and there is some road noise but other than that it was a great experience overall.

I called to make reservations to stay at this RV park. I asked what the pet policy was and Allie told me no dogs over 25 lbs. I told her I had a service dog and she was 60 lbs. Allie didn't care and told me my dog was not allowed. I told her she was breaking Federal Laws by not allowing me to have my service dog because she is over 25 lbs. She didn't care and said it was company wide policy. I called her the next day and she asked me if my dog was an emotional support dog or a service dog and did I have documentation. First thing is I had already told her my dog is a service dog and by Federal law has no right to ask me for documentation or any kind of proof. Again, she still didn't care. I am a Disabled American Veteran with a service dog and was not allowed to stay because my service dog is over 25 lbs. These people discriminate and I plan on Filing a Federal Lawsuit.

Front desk ladies are very nice friendly and knowledgeable about the area. The maintenance guy was very helpful my first day. Nice quiet place. Even recommended a coworker to come stay

The Good:

1) nice double wide parking spaces

2) gated entrance

The BAD:

1) no dog park - have to walk your pup along the road or the 8' wide grass strip in front of your spot

2) gross bathrooms - need a regular checkup by staff and cleaning

3) poor communication - phone and email - had our reservation wrong in their system but correct on confirmation email

4) we had to check out early due to incoming severe weather (storms winds tornadoes) - no refunds are given!

5) lots of unkempt campers with lots of outdoor trash

6) police cars arriving in the middle of the night to arrest someone
