An impromptu trip to Orlando led us to find this RV park. I had been looking for an RV park on the north side of Orlando to avoid I-4 traffic. The park was ok for our needs to have a full hook up site for us to sleep at. However, only a 30 Amp was available, which was not a problem. The park seems geared more toward long-term RV'ers. The pool was not in service because it was only half full of water. The one-way roads were not one way because a chain was across the exit, so you would have to go back the other way. The roads are not the best. The sewer hook up was almost in the path of my 5th wheel tires. I had to back in and parallel park due to a tree in the front of the lot (lot 44). I don't believe they have many pull through lots, and I know they only have a few 50 amp lots. The lot was dirt with a pad on one side that would likely be pretty muddy if it rained. Check-in was easy. It was quiet at night. We did not use any other services or amenities, so I can not speak for those. The price was $50 daily, and we stayed 3 nights. I would stay here again for a similar short trip.

I stayed at the Loat Lake RV Park on a vacation trip with my family and I just can't say enough good things about this place. Located just outside the hustle and bustle of down town Orlando it gives you the location to quickly get to any Orlando theme park while enjoying a nice quiet country setting to relax at night including a large well kept swimming pool. Every convenice you need to save a few bucks on food and such is a short drive any direction. The front staff are very friendly and helpful and I only wish I could give out more than 5 stars, don't miss out on this one on your vacation to see Mickey mouse.

Arrived December 5th, 2023 to stay for my wife's travel nurse contract. Ginger checked us in and was friendly and courteous. Had all our paperwork and park map ready. We were assigned site 34 which was plenty large enough for our 32 ft travel trailer and 2 vehicles. Sites are spaced out pretty good between each other so your not right on top of your neighbor. The park was built in the 1970's. All the sites are full hookups. Most are 30 amp back ins. There are a handful of 50 amp sites and a couple of pull thru. There is no cable tv offered. The park does have wifi good enough for checking email and general web browsing. There are telephone boxes at each site and if you want you can order DSL internet thru CenturyLink. Much of the park is shaded with large oak and pine trees. The location of a few of them make navigating large units a little challenging but not too bad. The sites are either gravel or grass with all having a concrete patio slab. The park is well maintained with no trash. There is a garbage dumpster at the entrance of the park for household trash. Trash pickup at site is not offered. A fenced dog park is available. The pool was open and appeared clean and maintained however we haven't used it during our stay. The laundry room has new Maytag Commercial washers and dryers. $1.75 per load for each. Quarters only. The bath house has had new floor and wall tile installed for updates. The park is located close to grocery stores, convenience stores, an Ace Hardware, Tractor Supply, Wal-Mart and others. Be advised it is located on a busy road so there is traffic noise and occasionally sirens from emergency vehicles. We didn't mind the noise but some will. All in all for the rate charged a good stay.
